Jameson Hlongwane :    
 

Jameson Hlongwane has twenty one years business management experience encompassing marketing, sales, logistics and administration, focusing mainly on the entertainment and related industries.

Jameson is a lateral thinker, intuitive but analytical decision-maker, skilful negotiator and effective strategist with entrepreneurial acumen. He has been successful at identifying, implementing and developing business and market opportunities, generating profitability and maximum exposure for clients.

 
 

Prior to the establishment of Asiboni Mbala - Colourblind Jameson Hlongwane worked for the Johannesburg World Summit Company. As Ubuntu Village manager he developed the concept, implemented the infrastructure and was responsible for the day to day running of the Ubuntu Village at Wanderers Club, Johannesburg.

Ubuntu Village was a multifunctional venue that utilised over 130 000 metres squared of land. Encompassing 4 major exhibitions including a 10,800 square metre exhibition in the world’s largest portable venue, numerous smaller exhibitions, a Conference Centre, a Community Kraal ( 4 purpose built rondevels for breakaways, meetings, etc…), a Media Centre, a Post Office, a Bureau de Change, a Food Court, a Theatre and Main Stage for cultural events and an informal market. In addition the welcome ceremony for the World Summit on Sustainable Development was staged at Ubuntu Village.
